Who is responsible for your data

What data we collect

The details you send us through the forms, WhatsApp, phone or email: your name, contact details, the location of the work, a description of the job and any photos you choose to share.

What we use it for

• Replying to your request and preparing quotes.
• Managing the work, if you become a client.
• Assessing job applications.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not go ahead are deleted after 2 years. Client data linked to invoices and contracts is kept for 10 years, as required by Portuguese accounting and tax law. Job applications are deleted after 2 years.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to geral@scsamadeira.pt. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).

Sharing

We do not sell or pass on your data. We use third-party services for website hosting and communication (for example WhatsApp), which process data on our behalf.
